The Dingle Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a handcrafted expression that celebrates one of Ireland’s most traditional whiskey styles. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, it is triple-distilled in copper pot stills to create a spirit that is rich, complex, and uniquely Irish.
Matured in a carefully selected combination of Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, and Red Wine casks, this whiskey develops a layered character with depth and balance. Each cask adds its own influence, from sweet vanilla and dried fruits to subtle spice and oak, resulting in a well-rounded and distinctive profile.
Produced in small batches at the independent Dingle Distillery on Ireland’s Atlantic coast, this single pot still release reflects both craftsmanship and place. Shaped by the distillery’s coastal microclimate, it captures the essence of traditional Irish whiskey-making with a modern, artisanal approach.
