Order Process

This website is managed from our James Fox Cigar and Whiskey Store on Grafton Street - all orders received over the web are processed, fulfilled and dispatched from our store. Stock selection for your orders is carried out in store.

The stock items shown on this website are linked with our retail system stock, so what you see is what is fulfilled - there is no product substitution on our orders. If a product is out of stock, it will show as such and then be removed from sale through the website. Please note there is a short time lag in updating stock, and therefore it is possible that a product will be out of stock but be shown available for sale for a short period until stock levels synchronise. We offer for sale rare and sought after cigars, and are prepared to withhold stock from sale for a short period of time for potential customers.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before midday will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Emails received in the course of the online ordering process will be answered promptly by one of our retail staff members. Alternatively, if you phone us on +353 1 6770533 , you will be able to get in touch with a member of staff on the shop floor with all our inventories on hand to help you through your product selection, or specific requirements.

If for any reason you are uncomfortable entering credit card details online, please be assured that we use the best security systems, however, if you are still not satisfied, feel free to call us and we can take your details over the phone, and complete the transaction off line.

Delivery

James Fox uses registered post from "An Post", the Irish Postal service, and Fast Way Couriers for all domestic deliveries; international deliveries are handled by AnPost.

Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to send any spirits or liqueurs outside Ireland through postal service. To arrange delivery through a courier service, please contact a member of our team on +353 1 677 0533 , or email us on info@jamesfox.ie.

The following shipping and handling charges apply:

(1) Collections from store are free of charge.

(2) Deliveries to Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland can be made with An Post Domestic Registered Service, or by Courier Service. Items up to 500grams in weight can be delivered by AnPost or Courier Service. Orders over 500grams in weight will be delivered with Courier Service. For orders over 20kg, special arrangements will be made.

Domestic Shipping Rates:

(2) Deliveries to Great Britain, EU and the Rest of the World.

Delivery to all Great Britain, European Countries and the Rest of the World is calculated upon checkout, depending on the weight of your order. We regret that we cannot ship liquids abroad due to postal restrictions. Maximum weight for international shipping is 5kg.

Please note that if you complete an order of liquid items with international delivery you will be charged for the value of your order but your order will not be processed.
