This Muhle Purist shaving brush features a premium 21mm knot made from Silvertip Badger hair, the highest grade badger hair used in shaving brushes. The handle is made from karelian masur birch that comes from trees of the far north which are characterised for their exceptionally rich grain.

Silvertip badger is the rarest and highest graid of badger hair and it is characterised by its distinct color banding. The hairs are thin and offer excellent water absorbency and heat retention. Silvertip hair feels gentle and luxurious on the face and create excellent lather in both soaps and creams.
