A brand new Redbreast single pot still Irish whiskey that comes from the collaboration between Midleton Distillery in County Cork and Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and traditionally triple distilled in copper pot stills the Redbreast Lustau Edition is aged in bourbon and sherry casks for 9 to 12 years. It is then finished for another year in first fill casks that have been seasoned with oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez. The result is a distinctive twist on the signature sherry character of the traditional Redbreast.

Nose: Rich infusion of dark fruits, prunes, dates & figs with liquorice, marzipan, toasted oak and spices.
Taste: Creamy pot still with spices, balanced with the richness of the Sherry finish and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak.
Finish: Endless sweetness and pot still spices endure, while Oloroso sherry and Spanish oak have their last word.
