Each year, Peterson release a collectors "Pipe of the Year" in limitied quantities, using the finest grade of briar and silver.
The Pipe of the Year 2012 is a quarter bent pot, with thick walls and a smooth, polished finish. The pipe has a sterling silver band with an anaglyph "P" and a vulcanite stem with a fishtail mouthpiece.
Only 1000 Pipes of the year 2012 are produced in smooth finish, and they are all numbered.
