The Yellow Spot Irish Whiskey was recently re-introduced by Mitchell & Son, inspired by the original Yellow Spot that was last bottled in the 1950's

Yellow Spot is a Single Pot Still Whiskey that has been matured for 12 years in three different oak cask types; American Bourbon barrels, Spanish Sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks. The influence of the Malaga Cask gives the Yellow spot a sweet note, making it a delightful taste experience.
